ABS! Try some or all of these @terracorefitness core moves to add to your workout or as a finisher. [Hint, if you don’t have a Terra Core, sub in a BOSU]

💥Try 10 reps of each to start, repeat 2-3x.
🔸 Supermans (5-sec hold at top)
🔸 Military Push Up —> Rock Back
🔸 Plank Tilts (slow! Hips stay square)
🔸 Kneeling Hip Hinge (toes off ground)
🔸 Balanced Crunches (slow)
🔸 Up/Down Plyo Planks (5 w/ each side leading)
